What Chemicals to use:

Cleaning Grout 

You can use a very wide range of chemicals to clean grout

Acid works best for lighter colored grout. Surfaces need to be neutralized after cleaning.

Alkaline works best for dark colored grout. Surfaces do not need to be nuetralized after cleaning.

HappyGrout's Grout Cleaner is compatible with lighter and darker grout colors, it will not etch dark colors, and does not darken light grout colors. Surfaces do not need to be neutralized after cleaning.
